1- How do I book a room?


The client can book by phone through the BHR Call centre (link: contact us) or directly on line, through the various portals.





2- Are texes and breakfast included in the price?


Yes, if not differently specified. In this case you will find all the details in the Hotel description.





3- Is it possible to require a specific room location (first, second floor, close to swimming pool, etc.)?


BHR staff will do everything to satisfy any special requests, where possible. However everything is subject to the Hotel's availability and discretion.





4- Is the price shown per room or per person?

The price is per room/per night. The price may vary according to the number of people staying in the room, which will have been inserted in the request form.





5- Is it possible to have the Hotel's phone and fax numbers?

You will receive all the Hotel details and booking details together with the e-mail booking confirmation sent to you.





6- Do I need a credit card to make a booking?

Yes, you do. The System confirms the booking after having examined and accepted the credit card details in the booking form.
The credit card details given are used to confirm the booking.





7- At what stage do I need to give my credit card details?

After the system has checked and confirmed room availibility and prices,the client must give his personal details and credit card details to confirm the booking.





8- Is it safe to use my credit card?

Yes, it is. Boutique Hotel Reservations works through the Agent-Key Secure System so as to give maximum security to personal details and credit card details. Agent-Key Secure System transforms your credit card details in an unreadable format to others.





9- What is your privacy policy?

We don't give out your personal details to third parties. All information given to us is confidential.





10- What is tour cancellation policy?

The cancellation policy depends on each Hotel or Hotel group. The no-show and cancellation terms and conditions can be found in the Hotel description page. Conditions may vary, so it is important to carefully read each Hotel's policy.





11- Is there a parking area? Does it charge for my stay? Is it a "long term" parking?

Many hotels offer free parking to its guests. It is up to the hotel to offer a "long stay" parking. This information can be found on the hotel description page.





12- Is the hotel minibus service included in the total price?

Some hotels offer a minibus, others don't. This information can be found in every hotel's general terms and conditions.





13- Do children have to pay?

Usually children under 5 don't have to pay. The minimum age for free stay, though, can vary according to each hotel's policy. This information can be found in the "Info" section of the hotel description.





14- Can I require extra beds and/or cots?

Many hotels can offer extra beds or cots (usually prices can vary between 15.00 and 100.00 Euros)
